14 days, no questions asked

If you are not happy with your purchase, Lucky Daisy LLC gives you a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. You do not need to give a reason.

How to ask

Email the address on your Stripe receipt, and include the order or receipt number if you have it.

How you are refunded

The refund goes back to your original payment method through Stripe. Your bank may take a few days to show it.

Your license key after a refund

License keys are checked offline on your own machine and cannot be switched off remotely, so a key that was already issued keeps working technically. A refund ends your right to use it. Refunded keys are recorded and will not be renewed.

Team purchases

A Team purchase is refunded for the whole order, not seat by seat.

After 14 days

After 14 days there are no refunds, except where the law requires one.
